Pricing

To ensure access to all users so that they can benefit from utilizing the ADR UBUNTU platform to resolve their disputes cheaply, quickly and confidentially, individuals and entities, through a process of mediation, will be able to register their profiles FREE OF CHARGE. 

Once their profile is registered all users will then be able to log into their profiles to register a dispute when the need arises. The platform will also allow all users, individuals and entities, to register their disputes FREE OF CHARGE. 

Once the RESPONDENT agrees to mediate the dispute through the ADR UBUNTU platform the Registrar will issue an invoice to the APPLICANT and upon payment will then appoint a mediator. 

If the Parties have agreed to settle the dispute the mediator will assist the Parties in drafting and finalizing a settlement agreement. If not, the mediator will then proceed with the mediation process to assist the Parties to resolve the matter. 

Unless the services rendered by the mediator is on a pro bono basis the APPLICANT shall be liable to pay the costs as set out in the fee schedule. An admin fee to utilize the platform together with the fee payable to the appointed mediator will be charged.
